Sorry, a bit late due to time constraints... I also have opened a PMR now,
42200,211,788.

By the way: In the service portal there is no product selection
for Rational 9.6 but only version up to 9.5 is showed for me to select.

Justin have you got the test fix from IBM? Just open a PMR and they will
send it. We want to make sure this problem is solved before the next
release goes out.
