Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDi looses connection with Debug Service
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

I am running 9.6.0.4. I am a remote employee using a VPN to our company. I
have an issue where I'll be debugging something and then after some idle
time (no idea of the number of minutes) RDi loses the connection to the
debug service. The only way to fix it is to restart RDi. This has been a
problem for a while going back to 8.0. We recently upgraded to 9.6. I was
hoping that issue would go away with the upgrade. I'm guessing it is a VPN
issue. It is almost like there is a TCPIP timeout and the connection gets
dropped. Is there an "keep alive" setting in RDi to keep that connection
from being dropped? Is it Rdi?

Thanks,
Kent
