That might work, depending on whether you want the PCML in an IFS file 
or embedded in the module.

If you want the PCML to go into an IFS file, you need to specify the 
PGMINFO(*PCML:*STMF) parameter on the command (or in the COMPILEOPT 
parameter for CRTSQLRPGI). There's no way to specify the IFS file just 
using the H spec.
