I installed the update and the replacement variable problem appears to be fixed. It looks like you also added the from and to program information. That will certainly be helpful, and the extra text in each message makes the comment characters (/* */) not so prominent.
Beta 3 has been uploaded. I fixed the replacement variables problem and added a nice formatting to make it easier to read the messages in the "Commands Log" view. There is another preference option to enable/disable the formatter.
