Wait, are you talking about the (IMO ridiculous nonsense) in VS where it colors the entire line (and makes the text more difficult to read)?

Your links are blocked, so I can't see them. I'm not sure what you mean by "does not show in the editor". My RDi works similar to my Visual Studio 2015. Of course, there may be some extra VS features I'm not aware of.
