Hello all,

I've got a demo copy of RDi, version 9.6.0.6 installed. I really like RDi and definitely want to get it for our company. Right now though it's giving me a problem that's kinda worrisome. I can open it up and do some coding and that works fine, but if I go away from it for any length of time and then come back and try to do something else, I invariably get the RSEF1002 - File system input or output error. I've done some research online and I see where people say to clear the cache and this fixes the problem, but only temporarily. Is there a permanent fix to this issue that anyone knows about? Perhaps a PTF that needs installed? Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks!
