Re: Exceptions when opening RDi help

I do not have "Content" in my 9.6.0.5 preferences.

All I have is:

"Help"
"Help -> EXEC Statements"
"Help -> Remote Assistance Configuration"

The only thing that helps to make help pages loading fast and stop all these error messages is to disable both entries in "Help -> Remote Assitance Configuration":

IBM I - https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_73
IBM Rational Developer for I - https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.6.0

By the way, what is the 'IC server Plug-in' plug-in? I could not find anything about it. Disabling this plug-in did not help.

On the off chance that this may be helpful, try the following:

Go to:
Preferences > General > Startup and Shutdown
Uncheck 'IC server Plug-in'

Restart RDi

Go to:
Preferences > Help > Content
Select the second radio button: 'Include remote help and give local help priority'

Click Apply.

Click OK to exit the Preferences

Restart RDi

Start using RDi again to see if that resolves any of the issues.
