This also happens to me regularly, especially when I am debugging a program that gets called iteratively. It seems that once I press F7 (run to return) or F8 to resume, the next invocation of the program no longer honors the breakpoints. I have to end the program, clear the breakpoint and clear all service entry points (from the pull down menu). Then re-add the breakpoint. It doesn't do it all the time, but I never know when it will do it.
I'm running 9.6.0.8, but it did it prior versions as well.

This really just started happening in the last few days. I'll be calling a program interactively where I've had a SEP set. I use it a few times.... Then it just stops breaking into the program.

I have to end the server jobs on the system and restart RDi to get debug (service entry point) to work.
