RDP - if you mean remote desktop protocol - does not connect to the i - it's a microsoft thing.

So you would need to connect to the PC, then to the i as you would at the office, if that makes sense.

But weI connect from our laptops directly to the i - over a VPN that makes it look like my laptop is on the internal network. That would be a preferred way to do this, in my opinion. Then you don't need to do anything really different on your laptop, other than the VPN connection.
