I'd just start the install and click on the button to check for other
versions and it should find 9.6.0.11 and apply the updated parts to the
base install on the fly during the install.

I have a developer with a new PC. We have 9.6.0.? base install on a
network drive, but of course are now using 9.6.0.11.
Is there a way to download the latest RDi image so that we don't need to
install the old base and then upgrade?
I've tried finding this but haven't had any luck.
