I want to make it clear that the only reason I'm fussing is that I'm liking
RDi and wish I could interact with the development team on defects in an
industry-standard fashion.
It's one thing to "Open a Case" for a defective backplane on a Power system.
It's a silly bureaucratic obfuscation to have to do so when discussing
something like default color schemes in a Java-based IDE.
