Try it!  When I'm coding BND source, I don't use /*   */ for comments.  I use -- for comments.  It doesn't care.  
What's the worst that can happen?  You just change it back.

Matt - Yes, I found that too.  
The question is "can I change that behavior". 
I actually don't like the RDi settings for my CL either.  It's changing the format/indents without prompting.

It indents and separates like I'm in a CL program.  It is driving me crazy.
