Show in Outline failing -- WDSCI-L

I've encountered a few source members where the Show in Outline (CTRL-F3)
doesn't work right. It's supposed to jump to the variable in the Outline
view, but in these source members all it does is open the Outline view in
its prior state. Refreshing the Outline didn't help.

Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?
