Hey Jon,
It should be updated to the version that was available when the fix pack was released. Note that if you have run an external version then it will get run instead when launching from RDI regardless of which is newer. To switch back to the internal one shipped with RDI then open a command prompt and run the internal version using the RDI java.
Once you are running the internal version then you could replace the ACS jar in the RDI image if you like with your preferred ACS version.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [WDSCI-L] Updating the RDi supplied version of ACS
Anyone know the best way to go about updating the RDi supplied version of ACS?
And before anyone suggests just using the "normal" download and upgrade approach - that is not an option for me since despite wasting many, many hours, I am unable to get that version of ACS to work for me.
Launching from RDi works, but of course it is not the latest version.
