I know that the web doesn't offer much in the way of subfiles, but how
should I go about the process of allowing multiple entries in a table like
format without having to name each field uniquely?

Example:

Item Qty Price
<fld> <fld> <fld>
<fld> <fld> <fld>
<fld> <fld> <fld>
...
But I obviously can't have fields with the same name in the form because how
would I read them in then? Or can I have a subfile like field that I can
read into my CGI pgm(RPG) like I would with multiple selections in a
dropdown list? I want to stay away from having a predefined number of
"subfile" records displayed if possible.

Has anyone solved this problem one way or another?
