The job doesn't seem to have a job queue (??) -- the entry is blank in
"Display Job Definition Attributes". The subsystem is fed by four job
queues (QSYSNOMAX, QPDAUTOPAR, QESAUTON, QNMSVQ), each of which allows at
least five jobs to run.

It stops the next job from Domino from running, and it does return a value
to Domino saying it's complete. The problem is that it is processing a
user request that needs to finish before the user can proceed (user
requests data, stored procedure retrieves data and puts it where Domino
can find it, Domino goes and finds it), so it wouldn't work to just run it
in batch.
