OK - Everyone is a little weirded out by this little inconsistency with 
HTML...

How about this one.
<option>FL</option> is MORE compatible with all the browsers then <option 
value=FL>FL</option>

The above is a little limiting when you want to return something different, 
then what was selected... BUT works in ALL the browsers including WEB TV...

Yes - it doesn't work.  The first </TR> terminates the effect of the <PRE>
no matter where you put it.
