Actually, it's easier than debugging a batch program.  :)
The hardest part is finding the correct job in the list of
jobs used by the server.

How I do this is:

1.  WRKACTJOB JOB(servername)
2.  F10 to reset CPU stats.
3.  Run the program in question from the web page.
4.  Press F5 on the WRKACTJOB screen and see which job
changes CPU.
5.  Start a service job on this job.
6.  Start debug on the program in question, add breakpoints.
7.  Run the program again.  Should pop right into debug.
