Hi Bob.  I've heard of others having this problem.  And to
tell you the truth, I don't even think you're supposed to
able to pass parms like that using exec SSI, even one.  But
the docs do say you should be able to.

According to some Apache users, you're supposed to be able
to use the format:

cgi="/cgi-bin/pgm arg1 arg2 etc..."

But I've never tried it, and it doesn't help you set the
Query String variable.

Also, most HTTP servers don't allow allow parms on an EXEC
CGI, and you should be able to use include virtual with a
CGI path and parms, but last I checked you can't run CGI
with include virtual on the classic server.

Using include virtual instead of Exec is one nice feature
Apache should have over classic.
