What do you mean by "send it to UPS's server"? Are you sure you just need an
XML file, or do you need to wrap it in SOAP? Are you using a UPS Web
Service?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for creating XML Documents. I
have to create an XML document, send it to ups's server, it will calculate
the shipping cost, receive the data back on my 400 and write the data back
to the browser via CGI. I have no clue where to start!
