Ah yes, now I see.  The code is the same after the call to
wrtstdout as it is in the clrhtmlbuffer subprocedure.  Nice
place to update the code to call clrhtmlbuffer instead.  I
know how it goes, though.   ;)

But, still, it doesn't hurt anything.  And it's a
microsecond of work to make sure.  The only case needed it
would be an abnormal end of one of the apps.
