Peter,

The problem is that you don't have a name for the INPUT field.
As Mark suggested, you should name it something like NAME="ORDNBR", then
when you query the string you'll be able to locate it by that name.
Otherwise.... I'm not sure what will happen, probably something like
"fd003r?=12345" gets passed.
