Hi Guys,

I have noticed that my IBM HTTP Server (Classic) shows -1000 for the
timezone part of timestamps in log files. QUTCOFFSET is +1000 so I am
curious why the HTTP Server is swapping the sign. Does anyone know?

I have checked the W3C information on log files
<http://www.w3.org/Daemon/User/Config/Logging.html>, I have read the
directive information on LogTime, LogFormat, etc. in the Webmasters Guide
and the chapter on tailoring logs.

This particular HTTP config file is set to use LogFormat Common and
LogTime LocalTime.

Regards,
Simon Coulter.
