[WEB400] HTTP Original Questions

I am using virtual hosting and have a couple questions. We are trying to
combine a couple instances and are having problems. I copied the config from
one instance and modified from there. I have moved some things around. The
full config is listed below. Any ideas or suggestions for my questions would
be appreciated.

1) How do I secure one of the sites not all of them? This works for all of
the sites.

2) It takes forever before I can hit the server after I start it. I would
say 5 - 10 mins. What could cause this? There are several EXEC statements
attached to one of the domains in the config.
