For the archives....I contacted IBM about this problem and was on the
phone for about 2 hours. We went through all the web and digital
certificate manager configurations and still had the same problem.
Finally another tech overheard the conversation and suggested that I
check my PTF's. Of course they were not up to date. They sent us the new
one's and now the SSL works great. Thanks for all of the help..!!!!!! :)
