It seems that my stress test may have knocked your HTTP Server offline.  My
apologies.

The average response time for 1 user ran about 900 ms, which degraded
considerably as more users were added.

Are you running HTTP Server classic?  It seems that you may have the same
problem I had, where the server locks up, when the number of connections
exceeds the number of available threads.  I had to change a couple
configuration directives to solve that.
