Yes very much so.  I need it to be extensible (to a certain extent) because
I will be providing this for many companies.  For the most part we are an
imprint company -- business cards, wedding stuff, pens, if you can print on
it we sell it.  How programs interact in this Customer Service architecture
is as important as the navigational pieces.

Since I never know what different companies within our corporation are doing
for business I need to make sure that I have flexibility to add and change
things including customize screens down to the user.

on the type of customer, while other portions of the user interface
would be
common across multiple types of customers?

For example, one customer may need to order pizza while another customer
may
need to order microwaves?  The contact information screens may be the
same,
while the order screens may be different?

The controller must know which procedure to call based on data in a

modules?
