Hi Jim,

Interesting thought, but no, I didn't try it.  Anton Gombkötö found the
reference that explains this -- the #, when used in a URI, indicates that
the name of a page anchor follows.  Which explains why it works as part of a
variable name when using the POST method, but not with the GET method.
