Subject: [WEB400] How to create a server instance that runs only one CGI
program

I'm trying to create an HTTP server instance that will run only 1 CGI
program. Basically we want our users to enter an IP address that lives on
our 400 such as http://11.22.33.44/ and have it launch a single CGI program.
If we must, we'd settle for doing a http://11.22.33.44/program1 We do not
want our users to be able to run any other CGI programs using this address.
Can someone tell me the correct combinations of MAP, PASS & FAIL directives
to accomplish this?
