[WEB400] Original HTTP configuration problems

Hello all,

I am having problems getting one of my virtual hosts working properly and
getting SSL to work properly. I am getting a 403 (Cannot browse selected
file.) error for my subd2.tc.inet. And a "Server not Found" for SSL. This is
an intranet site.

Could anyone help me? My config in it's entirety is below:
