It's pretty simple, but it does care.  :)
The tool that cares for you is Net.Data. Here you have variables populated
without that you have to care about GET and POST.

What Hans surely meant was that almost any link can be replaced by a
<form>. It isn't allowed in other <forms>, though.

<input type="hidden" name="lib" value="HWOE">
<input type="hidden" name="file" value="QRPGLESRC">

</form>

You can change the layout for the button via Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
