Bill, make sure you get the whole URL.  Some mail clients
don't like to include the whole thing if it wraps over more
than one line.  I got to the page just fine.

But, it didn't say it was fixing the CGI problem.  The other
things I believe (like speed, etc) were in prior PTFs.  Log
wrapping looks like a new thing..
