[WEB400] WEB Facing deployment to Tomcat

I am trying to deploy a WEB Facing project to Tomcat on the AS/400 and
thought I was doing well. I now have a problem in that when I try to run
the app, I get the page not found error for
"/soccer/servlet/com.ibm.as400ad.runtime.httpcontroller.ControllerServle
t". Can someone tell me where I can find this object?

Also, when I try to create a WAR file, I get the error SDK not
installed. I am running VAJAVA and have downloaded the SDK from IBM a
second time. Either webfacing doesn't support this function or else I
have a directive screwed up somewhere.
