My fear is changing the system value. not a specific file value.
I have credit card auth & settle running with all kinds of
hex characters and worry changing the ccsid will change the
ascii characters transmitted. Don't have a good time or method
to test in a 24x7 env with no test system. Plus management
may not understand my "potentially" breaking one app in order
to "potentially" fix another (and I'm on the clock..).
