No.  The IBM HTTP Server (also known as the Classic HTTP server) has nothing
to do with Domino.  Domino has its own web server, completely different from
everybody else on the planet.  To quote IBM:

"The Domino Web server is a Domino server task. It is written in C++ and it
uses the Notes API to integrate itself with the rest of the Domino server in
the same way that all other server add-in tasks do."
