another tip is 'be more patient...'

After entering the userid/password, the screen gets white...  If you do 
this in WDSC itself, you'll notice that the servers console window 
displays following:

then the applications first page should be loaded in browserwindow.


I think this is because the first time a jsp is loaded, the pages must be 
compiled.  This can take longer than expected and confuses us because we 
have the idea that the application is blocked some way...
