Then you are current with the HTTP Server group PTF!
Then it has to be something else.
Did you start the HTTP Server already with a verbose option?
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP)
HTTPSVR(MYSERVER '-vv')
will start it "very verbose". Perhaps it's clearer then.
And the config might also help (that's what Mark already asked for...)
Ah, idea! You do have 5722JV1 *BASE and option 3 installed??? You'll
need that for Apache at least... not sure about Original.
