Speaking of Net.Data...

I'm trying to write some recursive code. I'm almost there, but the last
hurdle may be a doozie. Basically the problem is that I use some tables,
and tables, at least as far as I can tell, HAVE to be declared globally.
I hate global variables.

And really, that's the question. Do they have to be declared globally or
is there a trick that will allow me to instantiate it within a
%MACRO_FUNCTION or %FUNCTION(DTW_SQL) block? I can do stuff like
@DTW_ASSIGN(new_variable,"") and create myself a string. How about a
table? Or is there some way to indicate on a function that the incoming
variable will be a table, which could somehow instantiate it if it
didn't already exist?
