Hello Rob,

Start the HTTP server specifying '-vv' as an instance startup value. That will 
cause the server to generate a trace spooled file. Close examination of that 
output will tell you the problem (but you will have to sift through a lot of 
other stuff in the trace).

I suspect the problem is that Domino and the HTTP server are attempting to use 
the same interface and port and you will have to specify a separate port or use 
a different interface address.  See the HostName and Port directives for the 
IBM 
HTTP Server.
