Clear. The ini file is searched in the same lib as you are calling
Net.Data in.

That's what i dug out of an IBM's config:
# Deny direct requests for a CGI program
<Location /QSYS.LIB>
    order allow,deny
    deny from all
</Location>
That little container forbids all http://myserver/QSYS.LIBxxxxxxxxx
hacking in the adress line. Cool, isn't it?
