Sites that do that to me on the Internet get a swift F11 or Alt-F4. Or an End Task; they never get my $$$.

I'm with you, only more so. I run my browsers with JavaScript disabled by default. For any untrusted web site, if JS is needed to get around, I take that as a very strong hint that the site is not worth visiting.
