Hans,

Just curious, what do you think of WebFacing? They seem to like JS quite a
bit.

The WebFacing tool is intended to help you quickly convert an existing green-screen app to a web-like interface. In WebFacing, the JS is there to match the functionality of 5250 terminals. If you want a "true" web app, it's best to start from scratch and take full advantage of real web frameworks, like J2EE. But that takes a bit more work. The choice is yours.

Cheers! Hans
