Hey Peter,

I don't know if this has already been answered, but if you just go to 
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads, you should be able to download 
the "network installation" versions of the various things you need.  
Also, in Windows Update, you CAN unselect SP4, if you go to 
the "Review and Install Updates" section, and hit the button to 
remove it.
