RE: [WEB400] Server Side includes in V4R5M0 Original Server

The files end with .shtml.... I did a bit more research while waiting for a
post back and I discovered that you have to specifically enable server side
includes (something I didn't know).  So I set the server instance to use
server side includes and bounced it.  It worked!
