I can't get mocha to do the STRPCCMD that you posted, but it does do:

STRPCCMD PCCMD('cmd') PAUSE(*NO)

MochaSoft(version 7.6) works with STRPCO and STRPCCMD.

I am using MochaSoft for an emulator.  The STRPCCMD command is for
Client Access use, or can I use it somehow without installing Client
Access, or is there another route to take?
