What's probably needed is to grant *OBJEXIST object authority to the link being removed to either *PUBLIC or QTMHHTP1.

I'm trying to issue a RMVLNK command from a CGI job, but I keep getting
a "not authorized to object" error to the IFS file.  The file has
*PUBLIC *RWX, but I'm guessing there is something special I need to do
for the HTTP user profiles...

Any suggestions out there?
