1 - to delete the original, (and manage) enter http://youipadress:2001 this
is the admin port.
before doing that, start the admin instance : STRTCPSVR *HTTP
HTTPSVR(*ADMIN)

2 - you do not need those directives if you use SETCGILIB, that made a
source lib and an object lib with service PGM.
