Luis, Chances are, you have two different HTTP instances running and only one of them is protected with a validation list. If you look at subsystem QHTTPSVR, you'll see a series of jobs with different names for each server instance. If you go to http://myserver:2001/HTTPAdmin and view all servers (how you do this depends upon what version of OS/400 you're on and how current you are on group PTF's), you'll see which instances are serving a particular port.
