Jim,

Do you have *IOSYSCFG special authority?        I believe you need that and 
*ALLOBJ to create and manage HTTP servers through the GUI. If you're going to 
use SSL, you'll also need *SECADM to use the certificate manager.

I don't remember exactly where it's at in the documentation but there's a topic 
that describes the needed authorities.

Have tried this with a profile with *allobj, and also qsecofr.
This is 1st server on new i5 520 v5r3 with latest cume and
http group. error not found in ptf cover letters.
