This is basically a client issue and while it's annoying, it doesn't indicate a
problem on your end. To the best of my knowledge, there's nothing you can do to
keep the entries from showing up in your logs short of writing a custom logging
program.

Subject: [WEB400] Errors in Apache logs

We are getting a fair number of these errors in our Apache error log. We
have SSL configured but do not require it. The Apache config has
82 <VirtualHost *:443> 83 SSLEngine On 84
SSLAppName QIBM_HTTP_SERVER_AS400SEC 85 SSLClientAuth None 86
       SetEnv HTTPS_PORT 443 87 </VirtualHost>
Are there any directives we might be missing that could eliminate these
errors ?
